In-Kind Giving

 

The Children's Place Association deeply appreciates the support of our in-kind donors.  These donations help offset costs for our organization, allowing funds to be used for much-needed programs and services. 


Grocery Store Gift Cards 

Grocery store gift cards are distributed to families in the event of an emergency, as well as during the holidays to make their holiday season a little brighter.  Gift cards in $20 increments are greatly appreciated.  Due to the geographic location of the vast majority of our client base, we kindly ask for Jewel and Aldi gift cards, in lieu of Dominicks, WalMart, etc.  Gift cards can be dropped off or mailed to:

Host a Diaper Drive 

Looking for a unique donation drive to host at your office, birthday party, family reunion?  Help us offset the costs of thousands of dollars in diapers each fiscal year by hosting a diaper drive.  Contact our Development Office for more details (312) 660-3030.


Year-Round In-Kind Needs

We will graciously accept the following items year round.  Please contact our Development Office (312) 660-3030 to arrange a drop-off. 

  • Disposable diapers and training pants (all brands, all sizes)
  • Baby wipes
  • Similac baby formula
  • AA and D batteries (for the many toys our children use)
  • New or gently used car seats, infant car seats + bases, strollers, high-chairs and pack'n'plays
  • New or gently used learning toys (V-tech, Leapfrog, light up toys, educational toys, etc)
  • New or gently used children and adult clothing (all seasons, all sizes)
