2025 CPA WINTER GIVING PROGRAM
Registration Information & Guidelines
Thank You, CPA Community!
Once again, your generosity shines brightly! Whether it’s your first year or you’ve been supporting our Annual Adopt A Family Gift Drive for years, we’re deeply grateful for your kindness.
What is the Winter Giving Program?
Children’s Place donors purchase gifts for CPA children during the holiday season. Donors and clients always remain anonymous to each other.
Who can participate in the Winter Giving Program?
Any client family enrolled in Children’s Place program(s) can participate. Only children under 19 who live in the household full-time can submit a wish list.
What do I have to do to be part of the Winter Giving Program?
- Complete the Wish List form below.
- Wish lists are due no later than Friday, October 17th. After this date, Wish Lists will not be accepted.
- Your CPA program lead will contact you when your wishes have been fulfilled.
READ THESE GUIDELINES BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR WISH LIST:
Each family will get:
- Gifts for each child in your household under the age of 19
- A family gift card to purchase food, essentials, or gifts.
What you can expect:
- Our donor will use your list as a guide when shopping. You are not guaranteed what is on your list.
- The anonymity of donors and clients will be preserved throughout the Adopt A Family process.
Please do not include these wish list gifts:
The Winter Giving Program is a voluntary program at Children’s Place Association. Please be aware that, like many families, our donors struggle to make ends meet, but they want to do something special for others during the holidays.
- Electronics (TVs, iPads, video games, video consoles, cellphones, laptops, cameras)
- Designer expensive clothing and shoes
- Items on average that are over $100
Remember to…
- List at least 2 wishes for household members under 19
- Clothing and shoe sizes for household members under 19
- Do not list gift cards as a wish
Only children under 19 living in your home full-time can request gifts. (Examples: no stepchildren who live in your home every other week; no individuals 19 years or older; no boyfriends/girlfriends who reside elsewhere permanently; etc.)
Who should I call if I have questions?
Contact your Children’s Place Association program contact.
ALL REQUIRED FIELDS FOR EACH PARTICIPATING FAMILY MEMBER MUST BE COMPLETED FOR PROPER FORM SUBMISSION.
