Billie is a medical student at UQ Ochsner Medical School. Her commitment to addressing healthcare inequities and supporting underserved youth aligns perfectly with the mission of Children’s Place Association.
🌈 Why did Billie join the Junior Board? “Supporting Children’s Place Association is deeply meaningful to me because it directly aligns with my passion for addressing healthcare inequities and supporting underserved youth. The CPA Junior Board is truly unique due to the diverse range of professional backgrounds represented among its members. I love hearing a variety of perspectives from fellow junior board members as we collaborate on different projects.”
💫 If Billie could have any superpower, it would be flying—helping cut down on airfare costs and providing great views! 🌍
Her go-to comfort food? A full pint of ice cream. 🍨
Outside of her studies, Billie enjoys fostering animals for local shelters. She has had the privilege of caring for many adorable dogs and cats, all deserving of their perfect forever homes. 🐾 And did you know? Billie is also a classically trained pianist! 🎶
